I am a very lucky girl in that I get to do something every day that I 100% believe in, and makes a difference…and I get to do so with a crazy fun team who are all inspiring, caring, passionate and dedicated people. What’s not to like?!!
Hey, I'm Neil. I spend my time trying to wrangle the business, operations and staff of FITera into a well-oiled machine. I’m also good at party games and being late for meetings.
When not at work I can be found mountain-biking, paddling and snowboarding around the beautiful state of Oregon, often with some excitable toddlers in tow.

I joined the team in the Summer of 2012. I do a variety of things for FITera, including systems management/integrations, media creation, website coding, analytics, and a variety of other technical tasks.

Hello! I’m Steven, and I have been privileged to be a part of the FITera team since 2013 as the Customer Service Manager. My main focus here is to do everything I can to ensure that our clients and customers have a truly positive experience with us – one that reflects the environment I get to come to work in every day.
In my free time I teach historical archery, and compete at archery tournaments all over the Western US.

I have 10 years of accounting experience, a bachelors in accounting and appreciate the opportunity to contribute to such a wonderful organization.

As an avid humanities enthusiast, I spend my free time studying language, history, and philosophy.
I am responsible for maintaining and building out the FITera community site. I enjoy working with Chad and the rest of the team to set the strategic vision of the community site and how to best add value to its awesome members.
When I'm not coding, I like to explore: I love traveling to new places, trying new activities, understanding different cultures and meeting interesting people.

All my life I've had a passion for healthy and fitness! My husband I have owned and managed a Fitness and Martial Arts Center since 1990. I am a certified personal trainer through American Council on Exercise.
My job is to help FITera run smoothly as we continue to grow. When I'm at work you can find me playing with massive amounts of data and doing "boring math stuff" that makes everybody's lives easier. Newsflash: I don't find it boring! I love working with this team and making the world a healthier, happier place.
Outside of work you can find me traveling, camping, biking or some combination of the three.

2009 - Our clients hosted the very first Fast Track to Fat Loss "Live Event." Chad and staff met up with clients from all over the world in Chicago to dine and work out together, sight-see, and enjoy other fun activities. There have since been events in San Diego and Hermosa Beach, CA.
2010 - Chad receives the Oregon State University Alumni of the Year Award for his innovations in online weight loss and personal coaching. Chad is the youngest recipient to ever win this award, but gives credit to his team who are 100% devoted to his vision.
2010 - The Fast Track to Fat Loss program is launched as a hard copy product, complete with manuals, DVDs, easy-to-follow reference charts, and a 12-week planner.
2012 - Additional products and services are launched to complement the Fast Track to Fat Loss program, including a fat-burning cookbook and FitFreeze, a healthy, high protein ice cream.
