If at any time during the first 30 days you are not satisfied with any product or service you purchased from us – for whatever reason – simply contact our Customer Care department by email (support@fitera.com) with your refund request. Once processed, your refund will generally appear on your credit card statement within 3 – 5 business days.

For our hard copy books and FitFreeze products, we do require the product to be returned prior to a refund being issued. Please contact us via email at support@fitera.com for return authorization and instructions.
